Mechanical Fine Screen Description
The fine grille decontamination machine is assembled into a set of rotary grille chains by a unique rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the direction of the water flow. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the sheave wheel and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth. According to the direction of water flow, the rake tooth chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, the water can flow through it smoothly. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

The geared motor drives the sprocket to rotate. The sprocket drives the mesh plate to rotate continuously; the sewage enters the grille from the water inlet, and passes through the mesh plate to overspeed. The water flows to the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is left on the inner surface of the same plate. With the continuous rotation of the screen plate, it helps to the original part: the backwash system flushes the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is washed to the receiving channel under the action of the flushing water. Feel free to check the flushing water from the well to the sewage outlet.
