Total Nitrogen In Wastewater From Nitrile Rubber Latex Gloves Wastewater Treatment
Total Nitrogen In Wastewater From Nitrile Rubber Latex Gloves Wastewater Treatment
Project Overview
The customer is a pharmaceutical product company that produces nitrile rubber gloves. The process involves silver nitrate pickling, which causes the total nitrogen in the effluent to exceed the standard, with a concentration of 1100mg/L. Now the effluent concentration is required to reach <80mg/L.

Water Volume Analysis
The sewage treatment water volume is 1200m3/d. The water quality of sewage fluctuates greatly, and the balanced adjustment measures of the water volume must be considered in the design, so as not to affect the stability of the subsequent total nitrogen treatment.
Water Quality Analysis
This project belongs to industrial waste water. The production process of nitrile latex gloves mainly includes nitric acid pickling, sodium hydroxide alkaline washing and calcium nitrate coagulant, etc., which makes the waste water generated in the cleaning water discharge link, including leaching water washing, chlorine water rinsing and washing water . The sewage mainly contains nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen, and microbial denitrification technology should be adopted.
Dagyee Process
Dagyee environmental protection design selects the high-efficiency denitrification treatment process with "IN-BMP total nitrogen treatment and enrichment integrated equipment" as the core. The total nitrogen treatment process has the advantages of advanced technology, high denitrification load, short residence time, stable treatment effect, low investment, low operating cost, simple operation and management, etc., and can ensure that the total nitrogen effluent after treatment meets the discharge requirements.
