Three-box Dosing Device Workflow

When the three-box dosing device system is started, the system automatically starts when it detects that the flocculant liquid in the storage tank is lower than the medium level. First, the solenoid valve of the water supply system is opened, and the electromagnetic flowmeter detects the water supply flow. After a delay, the dosing machine is started to run, and the system performs follow-up proportional batching according to the set concentration. Water and dry powder flocculant enter the cyclone premixer at a constant ratio at the same time for premixing, and then flow into the preparation tank for stirring and mixing. The agitator in the configuration box adopts a specially designed multi-layer blade method to avoid the agglomeration of the dry powder during the dissolution process.

When the preparation tank is filled with liquid, it overflows to the maturation tank by itself, where it is stirred and mixed again. When it is full, it overflows to the storage tank by itself. At this time, the liquid medicine that has reached the requirements can be continuously and automatically added to the equipment through the dosing (screw) pump.

When the liquid medicine in the storage tank of the three-tank dosing device reaches a high level, the system automatically stops liquid dispensing until the liquid level in the storage tank is lower than the middle liquid level, and the system automatically starts again for liquid dispensing.

If the liquid level in the storage tank drops to a low level, the system will automatically alarm and stop after a delay.
