Description
Static Screen Wastewater Description
Static screen water is designed to provide trouble free liquid separation. The open screen design accommodates peak hydraulic flows and the deep influent head box reduces influent turbulence while delivering an even flow over the weir crest. A pivoting flow control baffle plate is provided to enhance even flow distribution and promote faster fluid removal by directing the fluid into the screen.
The static sieve equipment we produce is manufactured from stainless sieve bars called wedge wire slots. The chassis of the equipment is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or epoxy paint protected carbon steel.
Sieve opening is projected between 500 microns and 2 mm.Inlet and outlet are manufactured with flanges, thus facilitating installation.
Static Screen Wastewater Works
Influent pumped into the inflow chamber through the inlet of the pipe. As the water level rises, it will flow under the wage weir and the pivoting baffle. Liquids and solids flow through the screen, and Liquids falls through the screen, while gravity and more screening push the captured solids toward the discharge point. The wastewater passes through the filter enters distribution chamber and flows through the outlet tube. The drip-proof assembly at the bottom of the filter directs excess water to the waste chamber. When the solids reach the bottom of the screen, they slide into the container, conveyor or other suitable receiving equipment. Dagyee offers a variety of rear screen and dewatering equipment.
